After several years of consistency and professionalism in the field of civil engineering, construction and catering, we got in touch with people whose dream was to escape from the stressful routine of everyday life and from the big cities and live a few months a year in a house of their own, close to the sea and nature.

Amaryllis Amourgianou
Civil Engineer MScEng - Realtor
MSc in Structural Design and Construction Management and Mini Diploma in Interior Design
Born in Samos. She completed her studies as a Technological Civil Engineer in Greece and continued her postgraduate studies in London on seismic design and construction management.
After 10 years of experience in public and private projects, she returns to Samos where she is now based as a Civil Engineer and there she has the idea to create the alpha project. She is restless, likes organization and is passionate about aesthetic quality around her.
Her hobbies are photography, music and interior design. If you lose her, you will find her somewhere at sea or in unexplored destinations.
Evangelos Leontidis
Civil Engineer of the National Technical University of Athens- Realtor
He was born and raised in Samos. In 1987, he completed his studies at the National Technical University of Athens. A key factor in choosing his profession was the family business, which was closely related to this particular field, sparking his interest in becoming a civil engineer.
From 1987 to the present, he has been the owner of a Technical Office based in the city of Samos. He has extensive experience in the construction of new residences, as well as the renovation and modernization of older ones. Recognizing the immense potential of his hometown in the construction sector, he decided to join the real estate team of ALPHA PROJECT.
In his free time, and due to his great love for nature, he explores the unknown paths of Samos with hiking groups. He also engages in amateur photography and music.
